The ART Strategy is available to Qualified Eligible Persons (QEPs) through:
• Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs): $1 million minimum ( notional funding available)
• A co-mingled fund structure: $100K minimum (fully funded)
Fees: 1% Management Fee | 20% Incentive Fee ( paid monthly)
The fund structure is operated by ARB Fund Management, with Advanced Alpha Advisers, LLC acting as sub-advisor.
